"Ick bin ein Bavarian"

Uh...What shall I say about this!? :D 

Thanks to Dr. Sheldon Cooper for this interresting insight in the clichés and stereotypes about Germans abroad ;) 
Though I wonder that - as he's so clever and terribly accurate in everything he does - he says "Bavarian" instead of using the German word "Bayer"... Amy's German is better anyways ;)

But please don't forget: Germany does not consist of Bavaria only! Outside of Bavaria...

My dearest friend Emily found a new Scottish folk singer!!

I love this song so much and really can't wait to discover more Emily Smith songs!

After having made background researches on the song history, my friend discovered that it actually has a rather dark background... It dates back to the 1600s and tells the story of an elf that asks the girl to perform impossible tasks, and if she can't he'll get her. So she asks him to perform certain impossibly tasks for her first, in order to evade rape! :S 

Though this one has a rather dark story, I love this kind of background information! My freind is absolutely awsome for making this researches! ♥ AND for teaching me Scottish vocabulary through folk songs! :) 

I'll make Scottish become my 6th foreign language one day! hehe
